We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at a state-of-the-art care home in Lancaster, Lancashire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a two-week rolling rota and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

About the Job:

In this role, you will oversee a team of personal support workers, providing guidance and support as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall success of the care home.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A minimum of [X] years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
