Lead a Dedicated Care Team
About the Job:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced care professional to lead our team at a state-of-the-art care home in Lancaster, Lancashire.
Job Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of care staff, ensuring exceptional care services are delivered to residents. Key duties include:
- Supervising and motivating a team of care staff to provide high-quality care.
- Coordinating care plans and implementing changes as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents.

We offer a competitive salary of £31,362.24 per annum (£14.36 per hour) and a comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge.
Work Arrangements:This is a full-time position working on a two-week rolling rota, which includes shifts from 8pm to 8am, Monday to Sunday. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £31,362.24 based on a 37-hour workweek.
