Sales and Lettings Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Jobshop UK Limited as a Sales and Lettings Manager in Poole. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
About the RoleAs a Sales and Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the lettings side of our business. You will work closely with clients to provide exceptional customer service, negotiate rentals, and manage day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out valuations and prepare property details
- Arrange photography and floor plans, and list properties on sales portals
- Conduct viewings, vet prospective tenants/buyers, and record offers
- Manage the lettings database, present tenants/buyers to landlords, and send out holding deposit forms
- Draw up Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements, process rent, and chase outstanding payments
- Deal with keys, report problems, and communicate with tenants/landlords throughout the tenancy
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a methodical and organized approach. A driving license is also essential for using our pool car.
