About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring client satisfaction and retention through effective administrative support.
- Contributing to the growth and success of the business by promoting the company and its products.
- Providing exceptional customer service through efficient communication and problem-solving.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and data within the CRM system.
- Producing high-quality quotes, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, we also provide a range of benefits including 20 days annual leave, flexible working hours, and access to training and development opportunities.
