Human Resources Coordinator role:
Be the first point of contact to assist employees on services required from Human Resources.
Continually maintain employee database systems, using the hotel HRMS system.
Performing daily administration tasks in Human Resources.
Assisting in the developing and execution of engagement activities throughout the hotel.
Human Resources Coordinator requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:
A positive attitude, and ability to handle a high-pressure workload.
Excellent command on English, both spoken and written.
Previous background in the hotel business.
Previous background in Human Resources.
Expert in Microsoft package of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of any HRMS systems.
Flexible with the work time, we sometimes do a little more than 9-5.
