Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will provide leadership in the quality function, improve quality systems, and conduct comprehensive assessments of suppliers and raw materials. You will also review client designs and specifications, identify defects, and develop mitigating actions to ensure quality issues do not recur.

You will be responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly KPI systems, training and coordinating the activities of other team members, and preparing comprehensive quality control reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with the production team to ensure all products meet necessary standards and specifications, supervise production processes, and maintain ISO quality systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in quality and manufacturing
  • Degree in Chemistry (desirable)
Salary and Benefits:
