The Senior CAPA Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving quality and excellence within Philips International. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing CAPA activities from issue identification to closure.



Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Project manage all aspects of CAPA activity, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional resources and timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Analyze quality monitoring data sources and apply statistical techniques to identify existing and potential causes of non-conformances.


About the Role:


This is an office-based role that requires strong technical competence, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to understand and analyze complex problems.



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or scientific-related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of related experience in the medical device industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of tools and techniques required to perform thorough root cause analysis and develop strong investigations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.


Benefits:


We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
