We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ILS activities within integrated project teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. They will be able to allocate appropriate resources to successfully deliver work packages or projects and provide guidance on ILS and Technical Publications across the business unit.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Allocating resources to deliver work packages or projects
  • Leading regular team meetings to share feedback and metrics
  • Supporting formal project reviews and providing ILS guidance
  • Producing or reviewing and approving engineering technical documents
  • Conducting Professional Development Reviews and supporting team development
  • Identifying development needs and opportunities and providing coaching/training
  • Managing team performance to support delivery requirements, schedule, budget, and quality

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
