Administrative Assistant in Healthcare

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant in Healthcare to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare professionals in caring for patients. This role is based at hospital sites with some requiring cross-site working or off-site locations.
Responsibilities:
Your duties will include providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with patient care tasks. You may also be required to support healthcare assistants, women's services assistants, phlebotomists, radiology assistants, and assistant practitioners. We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as an NHS Pension scheme, generous annual leave, career progression routes, and flexible working policy.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
