Supporting Students with Complex Needs

We require an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional support, providing personal care assistance, monitoring medical needs, and offering emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care Assistance: Assist students with daily living tasks, including toileting, changing, and feeding.
  • Medical Needs Monitoring: Monitor and attend to medical requirements, such as tube feeding and medication administration.
  • Emotional Support: Build positive relationships with students and provide emotional support to enhance their overall well-being.
  • Safeguarding and Health and Safety: Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and health and safety are maintained at all times.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals with a passion for supporting students with complex needs. Previous experience in a SEND school, care setting, or healthcare is highly desirable.

Essential Requirements:
  • Basic Knowledge of Health and Safety Procedures
  • Previous Experience in a Similar Role: Previous experience in a SEND school, care setting, or healthcare.

A competitive salary of £85-£95 per day, plus opportunities for professional development and career progression, is offered.
