About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Children in Care team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to children and young people in care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Children in Care team, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between the team, schools, social care, GPs, and other relevant bodies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring the best possible care is delivered to children and young people.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and email.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or social care setting, or a related field.
