Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Children in Care team, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between the team, schools, social care, GPs, and other relevant bodies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring the best possible care is delivered to children and young people.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and email.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or social care setting, or a related field.
