About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our site-based customer service team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our students, ensuring they feel at home in our accommodation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with maintenance requests, health and safety issues, and other site-based tasks as required.
  • Organize social events and activities to enhance the student experience.
  • Handle complaints and rent arrears with patience and understanding.
