About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Flexicruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in cold outreach to generate new sales opportunities within the logistics industry.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with current and potential clients to drive long-term partnerships.
- Understand customer needs in the logistics sector and provide tailored solutions that meet their business requirements.
- Effectively handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, aiming to secure an upfront OTE of up to £2,500 per contract.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role within logistics or a related industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving win-win outcomes.
- In-depth understanding of client needs in the logistics sector and the ability to build lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum with OTE of £2,500 per contract.
