Exciting Opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor

Blaymires Recruitment Limited is seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Southampton. As a specialist Facade Contractor, they are experts in facade remediation works and are looking for a talented individual to assist with the financial control of projects valued from £5 million to £20 million.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial awareness and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. They will be responsible for assisting with applications for payment, producing monthly cost reports, and preparing delay notices. A driving license and minimum of 12 months experience are essential for this role.

As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The company offers ongoing training and development, as well as a competitive salary ranging between £30,000 - £45,000, milage, 22 days holiday + bank holidays, and a professional working environment.
