Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our quality assurance department at Orchard Care Homes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving quality enhancements and improving care outcomes within the care sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular audits and assessments, developing and implementing effective action plans, and collaborating with our teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, plus car allowance. Our benefits package includes 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, access to our 24/7 Employee Support Hub, and opportunities for training and progression.

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, social care)
