Clinical Services Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our team at Cambridge Life. This is a full-time role, with an estimated salary of $NZD 90,000 - $110,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services to our residents. They will have strong leadership and management skills, with experience in aged care or disability. The ideal candidate will also have a current practising certificate as a nurse in New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the clinical team, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional care services.
  • Staff Development: Work with the team to design and implement training programs, ensuring that all staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.
