Building Services Manager

Spire Healthcare is seeking a skilled Building Services Manager to oversee the maintenance of our new clinic in Harrogate. This role involves ensuring compliance with current National legislation and Spire policies, while managing grounds, building fabric, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining a comprehensive maintenance programme
- Managing asset management and health and safety standards
This role requires attention to detail, efficient working, and flexibility to meet the needs of the business. The successful candidate will have relevant certificates, extensive knowledge of building services, and 5 years' experience in building services management.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience. Benefits include 35 days annual leave, pension, and private medical insurance.
