About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Technician to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining the building fabric, building services, and equipment in a cost-effective manner, ensuring compliance with current National legislation and Spire policies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of building services and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and patients. You will be required to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a safe environment for all customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work within the engineering team to maintain grounds, building fabric, building services, and all equipment in a cost-effective manner.
  • To identify, prioritise, and report engineering infrastructure and compliance risk to the Engineering Manager or Regional Engineer Manager.
Requirements:
  • Served a recognised apprenticeship in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Extensive knowledge of building services.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
Salary:

£40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
