Care Quality Assurance Officer

We are seeking an experienced Quality Monitoring Officer to join our team at Orchard Care Homes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving quality of care across our homes. This is a permanent role that requires a skilled individual who can work closely with our teams to achieve excellent and outstanding care outcomes.
Responsibilities- Prepare detailed reports and present information to inform effective action plans
- Monitor and analyse data to identify areas for improvement
- Work collaboratively with teams to ensure high standards of care are met
As a Quality Monitoring Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our Care Homes meet the high standards expected by residents and their families. We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, plus a car allowance of £4,200. Other benefits include:
