Director of Quality and Student Experience

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Director of Quality and Student Experience for the School of Health and Care. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the quality and student experience elements of our business plan, ensuring alignment with our Education Group Strategy and contributing positively to the Teaching Excellence and Student Outcomes Framework (TEF).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality and student experience strategies that align with our Education Group Strategy and contribute positively to the TEF.
- Lead the creation and development of the quality and student experience elements of our business plan, ensuring regular review and performance improvement where necessary.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to deliver education that achieves agreed teaching and learning metrics and focuses on student experience.
- Build and maintain partnerships with external organisations in relation to teaching, learning, and assessment, student satisfaction, and quality and accreditation.
Requirements
- A PhD plus experience in the relevant subject area or an equivalent level of professional experience alongside a postgraduate qualification in the relevant subject.
