Data Quality Director

Bright Horizons UK is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Work Family business, driving growth and innovation in employee benefits and corporate services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering a comprehensive Work Family strategy, leveraging best practices from the US and International teams to ensure world-class standards of service for our clients and their employees.
This is a UK leadership position, requiring a proven track record of success in employee benefits and corporate services, with a focus on delivering high-quality client experiences and securing year-over-year growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth and innovation in Work Family solutions.
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver commercial targets, innovation, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with support functions to model leadership behaviour and drive business results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions.
