We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at YOTEL Edinburgh.

As a key member of our Fuel Crew, you will be responsible for leading our food and beverage operations, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring that we meet our financial targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
