About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Retail Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Wren Kitchens. This exciting opportunity allows you to develop your sales skills and knowledge of our products, systems, and sales process.

This role involves training with experienced managers in our high-performing showrooms, where you will learn the fundamentals of managing a Wren Kitchens showroom. You will work closely with General Managers and Assistant Managers to become a well-rounded Wren manager.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in big-ticket retail environments with multi-million pound targets and a proven track record of success in sales-driven roles. You will be passionate about coaching and developing your team while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and work with experienced managers in our high-performing showrooms
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed year-on-year showroom targets
  • Drive sales growth while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
