**Mission Statement:**

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a driven and motivated Business Developer specialized in the retail sector to join our business team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop new business partnerships within the retail sector.
  • Manage existing business partners, executing relevant strategies and sales activities to improve business results and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze market developments, competitor activities, risks, and opportunities.
  • Follow up and manage sales processes from order to delivery of goods in coordination with logistics, operations, finance, and other relevant teams.
  • Report on sales performance and participate in strategy and annual planning for the company, including the development of retail sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans.

**Requirements:**

  • A challenger and hunter mentality, with the ability to work under pressure and bring a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Excellent commercial negotiation skills.
  • An interest or experience in gastronomy, or a love of fine products, is highly appreciated.
  • French proficiency is an asset.
  • The ability to establish effective relationships and provide innovative solutions.
  • First successful sales development experience in the retail sector in London is mandatory.
