Facilities Coordinator

This dynamic role involves:
- Achieving targets across all aspects of hostel operation, including food and beverage management
- Leading a team of employees and volunteers, promoting a positive work environment and fostering professional growth
- Contributing to the day-to-day operation of the hostel, undertaking tasks as required, such as housekeeping, reception, and food and beverage duties
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in management or leadership positions
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience handling difficult situations
- Ability to manage varying pressures, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail
- Basic IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Familiarity with profit and loss management, budgeting, and cash handling
