Key Responsibilities

This dynamic role involves:

  • Achieving targets across all aspects of hostel operation, including food and beverage management
  • Leading a team of employees and volunteers, promoting a positive work environment and fostering professional growth
  • Contributing to the day-to-day operation of the hostel, undertaking tasks as required, such as housekeeping, reception, and food and beverage duties
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in management or leadership positions
  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience handling difficult situations
  • Ability to manage varying pressures, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail
  • Basic IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Familiarity with profit and loss management, budgeting, and cash handling
