Job Title: CAMHS Mental Health Nurse
Description:
This position at Appoint Healthcare offers a unique opportunity for a skilled mental health nurse to work with children and young people aged 8 to 18 years who are suffering from eating disorders.
We are seeking an individual with experience in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.
The successful candidate will be working within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans that cater to the specific needs of each patient.
Responsibilities:
- To provide compassionate and person-centred care to patients suffering from eating disorders.
- To work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and review individualised care plans.
- To maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication with other healthcare professionals.
- To participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge in eating disorder treatment and management.
Requirements:
- A degree in Mental Health Nursing (RMN) or Learning Disability Nursing (RNLD).
- NMC registration.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this role is £34,174 - £41,094, depending on experience.
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
