**Job Title:** Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Location: North London

Type: Permanent

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join their team at a leading mental health facility in North London.

This unique opportunity allows the successful candidate to gain experience in various specialist areas, including CAMHS, Adult Acute, Addictions, and OCD fields. The Adolescent Unit provides care for adult private patients and OCD patients referred through the NHS.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with psychiatrists, nurses, healthcare assistants, teaching staff, and therapists. Your key responsibilities will include assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, as well as attending daily meetings and ward rounds.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. A fully registered RMN/RNLD with the NMC.
  2. Prior experience in mental health nursing is desirable but not essential.
  3. A strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care in a mental health setting.
  4. Flexibility to work across different units and adapt to changing service needs.
  5. DBT skills are advantageous, though training will be provided.
