Job Requirements- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing teams
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Valid registration with the NMC
- Experience in a similar role or setting
