Nurse Manager Opportunity in Edinburgh

We are excited to be working with a leading Home Care company in the Edinburgh and Lothian region. The organization provides high-quality care services to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, providing clinical expertise, and leadership guidance to the care staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals who deliver hands-on care to clients. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leadership and management of the Home Care team
  2. Providing clinical guidance and support to care staff
  3. Developing and implementing effective care plans
  4. Fostering strong relationships with clients and their families

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and administration skills. A nursing degree (RGN) is essential, along with registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). Experience in managing a service or team of staff is desirable. Strong organizational and time management skills are also necessary for this role.

In return for your hard work and dedication, our client offers a competitive annual salary range of £30,000 - £37,000, depending on experience. This is a full-time permanent position based in Edinburgh. If you have the required skills and qualifications, we would like to hear from you.
