HVAC Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Construction Lead Engineer to join our team at EDF EPR Engineering UK, a subsidiary of Edvance. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the HVAC activities for the life cycle of the contract or work package in accordance with the building's project schedule.
The role involves guaranteeing that safety is the overriding priority for any activity performed during pre-construction activities, which includes nuclear safety as well as industrial safety. Planning and delivery must also recognize the importance of a strong nuclear safety and quality culture, conformance with requirements, implementation of site adaptations, non-conformance treatment, and a "right first-time" attitude including the implementation of lessons learned and sharing good practice.
The HVAC Construction Lead Engineer will drive the HVAC activity in a building from site delivery to handover to commissioning. This includes all preparation activities before the physical start of activities in the building (documentation, procurement of materials, interfaces with other programs, synthesis of MEH activities, commissioning needs, access) by gathering project data and producing reports for management review.
The ideal candidate will have a qualified HVAC engineer background in erection/maintenance scopes with experience in preparation and execution of HVAC activities (duct and equipment installation) preferably in the nuclear sector. Successful experience in project management would be an advantage.
A strong technical interest, particularly in the field of construction or maintenance of industrial installations, is required for this position. A mastery of computer tools, manipulation of massive data under Excel, Power BI, 3D model, etc., is essential. Knowledge of the EPR model would be an asset. Strong interest for new challenges and major projects is necessary.
The salary for this position is approximately £85,000-£110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a market-leading company pension scheme, paid holidays, and flexible working arrangements. We offer a range of benefits to support our employees' physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
Please note that this job requires fluent English writing and daily exchanges, at least level B2, and French language would be highly advantageous. Successful experience in multi-cultural and international projects would also be appreciated.
