HVAC Construction Workpack Specialist

About the Role
This role will involve working on the development of HVAC engineering aspects of construction workpacks. As an HVAC Construction Workpack Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting detailed construction workpack documents, collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

**Estimated Salary**: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed construction workpack LADs for HVAC systems
- Ensure comprehensive information is included in workpacks, including drawings, specifications, procedures, plans, permits, and method statements
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HVAC activities

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in HVAC Engineering or a related field
- Demonstrable experience in drafting construction workpacks
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and standards
- Extensive experience in HVAC engineering, with a focus on construction projects
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
