The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HVAC engineering, with a focus on construction projects, and have in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and standards. A degree in HVAC Engineering or a related field is required, along with demonstrable experience in drafting Construction Workpacks.
Key Responsibilities- Draft detailed construction Workpack LADs for HVAC systems, collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure Workpacks encompass comprehensive information, including drawings, specifications, procedures, plans, permits, and method statements necessary for successful HVAC construction.
- Provide technical expertise in HVAC engineering, drafting Construction Workpack documents to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Address and resolve any HVAC engineering challenges encountered during construction, arising from the Construction Workpack.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integration of HVAC systems within the overall project scope to support Construction Workpack deliverables.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure highest standards of HVAC construction documents.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and other relevant industry standards.
- Degree in HVAC Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in drafting Construction Workpacks.
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and standards.
- Extensive experience in HVAC engineering, with a focus on construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and standards.
- Awareness of UK nuclear site licence conditions.
- Construction site work experience.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to make decisions under pressure.
This salary range is based on the senior level of the role, extensive experience in HVAC engineering, and the importance of this position in ensuring the success of construction projects at oilandgas.
