**Job Summary**

TILT Institute for the Contemporary Image is seeking a highly motivated Development Director to join their team. As a key member of the staff, this position will work closely with the CEO to establish and achieve fundraising goals for the programming and general operating needs of TILT.

The ideal candidate will have experience in research, proposal writing, and donor relations, as well as a strong understanding of database management and maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Research and identify new funding opportunities.
  • Write and submit proposals to foundations and corporations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors and funders.
  • Manage and analyze fundraising data to inform decision-making.

**Requirements**

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of securing funding from foundations and corporations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
