Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Support Professional to join our team of experienced staff at our specialist schools in West London. As an integral part of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities and associated complexities.

Main Responsibilities:
• Attend to the personal needs of pupils, including social, health, physical, hygiene, first-aid, and welfare matters.
• Supervise and provide support to pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities during lunchtime.
• Support pupils to understand instructions, particularly in local and national learning strategies such as literacy, numeracy, and early years to KS4, as directed by the class teacher.
• Establish good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model, responding appropriately to their individual needs, and encouraging pupils to interact with others and engage in activities.

Requirements:
• Experience in supporting students with behavioural management experience.
• Essential skills and qualifications include behavioural management experience and ability to work under the guidance of SEN-trained staff.
