About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Hales Homecare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our customers, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and support to customers, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Assist with personal care routines, including dressing, bathing, and toileting
  • Help customers with light domestic tasks, such as meal preparation and cleaning
  • Support customers with medication, mobility, and other care needs
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
