About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with complex needs to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients with spinal cord injury, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with domestic tasks and social activities to promote independence and well-being.
- Work flexible bank assignments with the opportunity to work across other packages as well.
- Support clients with driving, requiring a full UK driver's license.

Essential
