Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Grimsby. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing life-changing support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals, promoting independence and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.

  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
