- Administering medication according to individual care plans.
- Supporting clients with social and physical activities to promote independence.
About You
- A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
- A passion for helping others and improving their quality of life is crucial.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including one weekend day out of two.
- Previous experience in care or a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Willingness to participate in mandatory training when required.
