About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nurse Associate at Meadowcroft care home in Sutton-in-Ashfield. As a Nurse Associate, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • To provide hands-on care and support to patients, including administering medication, wound care, and personal care
  • To work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
  • To contribute to a safe and respectful environment for patients, families, and staff

What You'll Need

  • A diploma or degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably as a healthcare assistant or nurse associate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
