Advanced Practitioner in Mental Health Care

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Practitioner in Mental Health Care to join our team. As a key member of our mental health response vehicle, you will provide advanced mental health assessments and develop comprehensive care plans for individuals presenting with complex needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with trained ambulance staff and contribute to the development of innovative mental health services. You will have a sound knowledge of risk assessment and be able to demonstrate expertise in developing and implementing robust care plans.
