Maintenance Director

HireBloc is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Head to oversee the maintenance operations within the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance procedures for F&B equipment and facilities to ensure seamless operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of maintenance technicians and supervise their work to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Equipment Management: Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns, and plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Procurement and Budgeting: Oversee the procurement of spare parts and maintenance materials, and manage the maintenance budget to optimize resource allocation.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and implement energy-efficient and sustainable maintenance practices.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to support production and service needs, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in maintenance management within the F&B industry.
- Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques, with proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Certification: Certification in relevant maintenance or facilities management disciplines.
