Role Overview:

Long-term position available for an enthusiastic and committed Learning Mentor to join our partner primary school in Northfield, Birmingham. Opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the pastoral care team to promote positive behaviour across the school.
  • Support class teachers and support staff in assisting key children within the classroom environment.
  • Develop and deliver targeted learning sessions to support specific learning targets for pupils with diverse needs.
  • Commitment to promoting the welfare and inclusion of all students.

School Environment:

  • Located in Northfield, Birmingham.
  • Nurturing and inclusive primary school environment supported by a dedicated Senior Leadership Team.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
  • Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate and two professional references required.

Salary and Benefits:

Estimated salary range £95-£110 per day, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only), 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM. Competitive benefits package offered.
