Personalised Learning Mentor

Nisai Learning is a dynamic and forward-thinking education provider that offers a range of innovative programmes and services. We are seeking an experienced Personalised Learning Mentor to join our Personalised Learning Support Programme team in Birmingham.
In this role, you will work closely with students, families, and community stakeholders to develop and implement individualised learning plans, focusing on students' academic, social, and emotional needs. As a Personalised Learning Mentor, you will be responsible for building positive relationships with students, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate professional with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in education, SEND, or a related field. A strong understanding of current safeguarding practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential qualifications for this role.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional growth and development within our organisation.
