About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled leader to oversee quality control processes across multiple manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food manufacturing or laboratory settings, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance with BRCGS and other relevant certifications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal audits and manage external audits from regulatory bodies and clients.
  • Reduce quality failures, complaints investigations, and resolution.
  • Lead and manage quality control processes across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Implement and monitor food safety testing programs, ensuring all products meet strict safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective traceability systems across the supply chain.
  • Oversee quality control and food safety procedures, ensuring continuous improvement in processes.

Requirements:

Required experience: Food manufacturing or Laboratory, team management.

Desirable experience: Quality management in the food manufacturing sector, BRCGS standards and auditing processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

Key skills: Food testing, quality control, traceability systems, leadership, communication, problem-solving, fast-paced environment, continuous improvement.

Liaise with various departments, suitable for a self-motivated and engaging personality with strong communication skills at all levels.
