About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Leeds or Manchester. This exciting role offers the chance to drive growth, build relationships, and deliver tailored solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various sources, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue generation to the line manager.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear experience of outbound lead generations/telesales.
