Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional to join our team in Leeds/Bradford. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and developing new business opportunities to ensure our customers' success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business leads through self-sourced initiatives and cold calling.
  • Conduct in-person business reviews to understand customer requirements and tailor your approach.
  • Present our market-leading proposition, negotiate, and close business contracts.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with our customers to influence and maximize opportunities through referrals and networking.
  • Utilize Microsoft applications and customer success software to optimize performance.
  • A valid UK driving license is required.
Benefits:
  • A competitive annual salary of £60,000 - £80,000, inclusive of a £4,800 car allowance + 25p per mile fuel.
  • Quarterly and annual incentives (total value: £16,000).

The estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
