**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute photography concepts that meet client requirements and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with producers, art directors, and account teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain a consistent high level of photography quality, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in lighting techniques, photography skills, and retouching ability.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and image processing software such as CaptureOne.
  • Experience working in a creative studio environment, with a focus on developing junior members of the team.
