Job Title: Director Business Planning

We are seeking an experienced Director Business Planning to join our team at AA Euro Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of multiple project plans, monitoring project status and performance, and ensuring compliance with planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement project plans from design and commercial information.
  2. Coordinate the development of multiple project plans and ensure compliance with planning processes.
  3. Monitor project status and performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  4. Mentor and supervise intermediate and junior personnel to ensure they develop and expand their knowledge.
  5. Ensure that project plans are accurate, up-to-date, and meet the requirements of the project team.
Requirements:
  1. 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or strong trades background coupled with technical ability.
  2. 5+ years' experience in project planning and coordination, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, P6, or equivalent planning software, and Microsoft Office tools.
