Job Title: Director Business Planning

We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Planning to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of multiple project plans, monitoring project status and performance, and ensuring compliance with our planning process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans from design and commercial information.
  • Coordinate the development of multiple project plans and ensure compliance with our planning process.
  • Monitor project status and performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Mentor and supervise intermediate and junior personnel to ensure they develop and expand their knowledge.
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements:
  • 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or strong trades background coupled with technical ability.
  • 5+ years' experience in project planning and management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project / P6 or equivalent planning software, Microsoft Office tools, and excellent report writing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
