We are seeking an experienced Director Business Planning to join our team at AA Euro Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of multiple project plans, monitoring project status and performance, and ensuring adherence to in-house processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans from design and commercial information.
- Coordinate the development of multiple project plans and ensure compliance with planning process.
- Monitor project status and performance, and provide regular reports to the Senior Planning Manager.
- Mentor and supervise intermediate and junior personnel to ensure they develop and expand their knowledge.
- Ensure that planners within the team attend handover meetings prepared and that hours received from the QS encompass the totality of project scope.
- 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying or strong trades background coupled with technical ability.
- 5+ years' experience in project planning and coordination.
- Excellent report writing skills and ability to produce project plans from design and commercial information.
- Microsoft Project / P6 or equivalent planning software, Microsoft Office tools.
